While being connected to PC or Mac using the USB cable, you can use the call button to operate a call on Skype for Business.

Answering an incoming call
When an incoming call is received, the call button (
)
flashes green at high speed. Press the call button to answer the
incoming call. The call button lights up orange while the call
is in progress.

Ending a call
While a call is in progress, press the call button (
). The call
button lights up green when the call ends.

Putting a call on hold
While a call is in progress, press and hold the call button (
)
for 2 seconds or more. The call button flashes green while the
call is on hold.

Resuming a call that has been put on
hold
While a call is on hold, press the call button (
). The call
button lights up orange when the call resumes.

Ending a call that has been put on
hold
While a call is on hold, press and hold the call button (
) for
2 seconds or more. The call button lights up green when the
call ends.
