be played over a wireless connection.

wireless headphones and the like to listen to audio.

• Audio cannot be received by the unit from mobile devices and the like, and transmitted to speakers or

headphones at the same time.

• “Bluetooth” in the setup menu must be set to “On” (default; p. 82) to use

Bluetooth

functions.

• A

Bluetooth

device that has been assigned a passkey (PIN) other than “0000” cannot be connected to the

unit.

• The unit can connect to up to 20

Bluetooth

devices for receiving and transmitting audio. If a new device is

successfully connected to the unit after 20 other devices have already been connected, the device
information with the earliest connection date (the first device connected) will be erased to make room for
the new device.

• Be sure that the

Bluetooth

device is no farther than 10 m (33 ft.) from the unit when connecting the two.

• Refer to “Bluetooth” (p. 94) in “T roubleshooting” if a

connection cannot be established.
