REMOVING THE BALANCER GEAR

1. Straighten the lock washer tab
2. Loosen:

• balancer gear nut 

3

• balancer gear

3. Loosen:

• primary drive gear

Refer to “REMOVING THE CLUTCH”.

• Place a kinked aluminum plate

driven gear teeth

 and the balancer gear teeth
