throttle cable 3 , and then route the throt-
tle cable 3 and left handlebar switch
lead 1 .
13. Apply adhesive to the handlebars

the inner surface of the handlebar grips

14. Install the handlebar grips

15. Install the grip ends

, and then tighten
the bolts

to the specified torque.
Steering pad and handlebar cover
installation
After installing the handlebar upper cover,
make sure that the throttle cable is not
pulled when the handlebar is turned to
right and left.
1. Install the lower handlebar cover 1 , and
then tighten the screws 2 to the speci-
fied torque.
2. Push the steering pad

into the upper
handlebar cover

until it is installed
securely.
