2. Measure:
• Reverse sensor input voltage
Within specification
→
Replace the
reverse sensor.
Out of specification
→
Check the wiring
harness.
Measurement steps:
1. Disconnect the reverse sensor coupler 1 .
2. Push the unlock button, and then measure
the input voltage at the reverse sensor
coupler terminals (wiring harness end).
Reverse sensor input voltage
(reference data):
Orange (O) – Black/orange (B/O)
4.75 – 5.25 V

Right handlebar switch assembly
1. Check:
• Right handlebar switch operation
Does not operate
→
Measure the right
handlebar switch input voltage.
Checking steps:
1. Connect a computer to the watercraft to
use the YDIS.
2. Push the unlock button.
3. Operate the switches

that the following is displayed in the
“ Engine monitor ” window of the YDIS.
