Applying Effects to Your Singing Voice
You can apply various effects (such as Reverb and Chorus) to your singing voice that is input to the
microphone.
On the
Mixer
tab of the
Mic Setting
display (step 4 on page 77), use the [5
UD
] (
Reverb
) buttons or [6
UD
]
(
Chorus
) buttons to adjust the Reverb Depth or the Chorus Depth while singing into the microphone.
These effects are applied to the entire instrument (keyboard parts, Song and Style) as well as the
microphone. If you want to apply effects only to the microphone sound, you can specify the part and select
the effect type via the [8
UD
] (
DSP
) buttons. For details, refer to the Reference Manual on the website.
This function lets you instantly change the microphone settings for talking or making announcements
between song performances.

To turn the Talk function off and recall the settings for singing, press the [1

From these displays, you can adjust the microphone settings for singing (

Disconnecting the microphone
1. Turn down the [MASTER VOLUME] dial to “MIN.”
2. Disconnect the microphone from the [MIC INPUT] jack.
