Note Limit Parameters
The Note Limit Low and High parameters
allow you to set the range of notes for a
Part’s Voice. Notes outside the range will
not be played.
HINT
Note Limit can be used to set up keyboard
splits. Set two Parts to the same MIDI chan-
nel (see page 96), but give them Note Limit
settings so that one Part is played from the
left side of the keyboard and the other is
played from the right.
Note Limit Low (NoteLimitL)
Range:
C-2 — G8
This determines the lowest responding
note for the Part. Notes below this value
will not be played.
Note Limit High (NoteLimitH)
Range:
C-2 — G8
This determines the highest responding
note for the Part. Notes above this value
will not be played.
Dry Level
Dry Level
Range:
000 — 127
This determines the level of the unproc-
essed sound of the Voice (sound with no
effect processing). This parameter is only
available when the Variation Connection
parameter is set to SYS. (See page 145.)
Velocity Sensitivity Parameters
Velocity Sensitivity Depth (VelSensDpt)
Range:
000 — 127
This determines the degree to which ve-
locity affects the Part’s Voice. Higher val-
ues make the Voice more sensitive to
changes in velocity.
