Installing the water pump and shift

Do not reuse a gasket, always replace it
with a new one.
1. Install the pin

2. Install the rubber seal

3. Install the dowels

4. Install the outer plate cartridge

, and then install the pin

5. Align the slot

in the impeller

the pin

, and then install the impeller.
6. Align the protrusion

on the insert
cartridge

with the groove

in the
water pump housing

, and then install
the insert cartridge.
7. Install the water pump housing assembly.
NOTICE: Do not turn the drive shaft
counterclockwise. Otherwise, the
water pump impeller could be
damaged.
