INSPECTIONS
1.
Preparation
*
To check the unit, the following mesuring instruments and jigs etc. are required.
1) Measuring Instruments: Level meter (JIS-C filter), Frequency counter
2) Jigs: USB cable (A-B Type), MIDI cable
3) PC(Personal Computer): DOS/V type
NOTE: In advance, install a MIDI-USB driver in the PC. Set to the Thru On position on the PC side.

Set each control as follows.
MASTER VOLUME
: MAX
PEDAL
: OFF
REVERB
: OFF
* Other settings
: the default state at power on
AUX OUT
: Connect a load resistance(10kohm) to AUX OUT terminal.
HEADPHONE
: Connect a load resistance (33ohm) to either terminal.

If necessary, back up the user data in advance. (See Page 43)
2.
Entering the Test Program
Turn on the power with C#2, F2, G#2 keys pressed and held. (Fig.1)

Proceeding the Test
See the Table 1 for the test items.
(1) Press TEMPO/FUNCTION# [

] button to select a test item.
(2) Press [METRONOME ON/OFF] button to execute the current test.
(3) After executing the current test, press [METRONOME ON/OFF] button to return to the wait state.
(4) If the test result is NG, press [DEMO] button to return to the wait state.
