Adjusting the Autopilot sensitivity
You can adjust the steering speed level of the outboard motors while Autopilot is being used.
How to adjust
While Autopilot is being used, pressing the plus (+) button increases steering speed, and pressing
the minus (-) button decreases steering speed.
TIP:
• Steering speed level can also be adjusted via compatible Yamaha displays.
• The settings return to their initial values when the power is turned off.
• To keep the settings even though the power is turned off, do the settings in Autopilot mode in the
MFD.
• Menu > Boat Set> Calibration > AutoPilot Sensitivity
• Menu > Boat Set> Autopilot Setting > Pattern Set
• If the rudder angle is hunting while in Autopilot, lower the steering level.
