Removing rope guide
First method (preferable!)
1.
Unscrew protective plate (1) under the rope drum at points (a). The rope guide can
then be rotated freely. Do not unscrew stop with bearing (2)!
2.
Unscrew screws (3).
3.
Unscrew rope guide safety cable (4) (if any) on one side.
4.
Remove half-rings.
5.
Unhook rope tensioning spring.
Second method
1.
Unscrew stop with bearing (2) from rope guide. The rope guide can then be rotated
freely. Continue as described under 1.

Material damage hazard
The stop with bearing (2) is locked with a conical spring washer DIN 6796. Refit the
spring washer correctly.
