Using a WIRES-X Setup Menu
Setting the transmit frequencies for repeaters/WIRES-X
You can select how to set the transmit frequency used for connecting to a local node.

Press and hold for 1 second or more
The setup menu will appear.

Touch [WIRES]
The menu list will appear.

Rotate or touch the screen to select [1 RPT/
WIRES FREQ]

Touch [1 RPT/WIRES FREQ] to select “MANUAL” or
“PRESET”
Each time you touch, the setting switches between
“MANUAL” and “PRESET”.
MANUAL: Set the frequency every time when you
look for a local node.
PRESET: Use the preset frequency every time
you look for a local node by setting the
frequency in advance as follows:
Tip The default setting is “MANUAL”
When “PRESET” is selected, [PRESET FREQUENCY]
will become available.
