Implements improvements:
1.
Fixed a bug that caused a delay or an unnecessary code to be output when keying CW using
the built-in electronic keyer.
2.
Fixed the problem that the monitor sound of CW sidetone may be shortened by keying
operation when "BK-IN" is OFF.
3.
Fixed a bug that the frequency was not offset during CW transmission in CW AUTO mode.
4. Other improvements and optimizations have been made.
