VII. Recording of Diagnostics Data

Diagnostics are designed to troubleshoot issues with software applications or Web

Gauges. Diagnostics data can be recorded using a web browser (both NMEA 0183 and

NMEA 2000 data) or with free CAN Log Viewer software (NMEA 2000 only).

1. Recording data using a web browser

Server #3 can be configured to send diagnostics data in real time to a web browser or

terminal application. A log contains all sent and received NMEA 2000 messages and

all data sent and received from and to the Server #1 port.
