Connecting the FPD
To connect the FPD to the CPU:

Plug the FPD cable into the HMD port on the CPU.
Entering the FPD Set Up Mode
To prepare the FPD for use:

Connect the FPD to the CPU as described above.

Turn on the CPU and boot up Windows.

With the Windows Desktop visible on the FPD, touch the
SET UP function key.
There are four sections to the set up mode including:
–
Display Adjust – Adjust the display quality and display
position.
– Contrast and Other Settings – Adjust default display
contrast and enable/ disable the speaker and
microphone.
– Touchpanel Adjust – Calibrate the touch screen
display and enable/ disable the “beep” sound when the
screen is touched.
– Self Test – Execute a self test procedure that checks the
ROM, RAM, and Com-ports.
