6 Hand Over
You and the customer should be satisfied that all aspects of commissioning the system have been addressed
and these meet the required standards. The system must be ready for day to day operation prior to hand over.
To hand over the system to the client, you should:

Ensure that the VESDA commissioning forms are complete and all relevant sections have been filled in
l
If you have used Xtralis VSC select the Device, Address, or VESDAnet then select File | Print to print
out a copy of configuration details and include a copy with the hand over documents.

Obtain the relevant signatures
l
Ensure that relevant attachments have been included with the commissioning form
l
Make copies of the completed commissioning forms and attachments and forward these to:
l
Appropriate Xtralis Sales Office
l
Installing contractor
l
Designer of the system
l
End user of the system
