Ensure that the VESDA commissioning forms are complete and all relevant sections have been filled
in.
l
If you have used Xtralis VSC, select the Device or Address then select
File | Print
to print out a copy
of configuration details and include a copy with the hand over documents.
l
Obtain the relevant signatures.
l
Ensure that relevant attachments have been included with the commissioning form.
l
Make copies of the completed commissioning forms and attachments and forward these to:

Appropriate Xtralis Sales Office
l
Installing contractor
l
Designer of the system
l
End user of the system
