DUST PROTECTION & PROTECTION FROM WATER
The watch may be damaged if water or dust enters. Keep these tips in mind to prevent damage to
the device and ensure the smartwatch's water and dust resistance. Other liquids are not covered
by these user notices.

The QIN XW PRO model is not suitable for use in water. Only a splash protection in
case of rain or when washing the hands is available, for this reason the QIN XW PRO
should be protected from water in any case.
•
Do not expose the smartwatch to running water from the faucet, no running water, no
waves.
•
If the watch or your hand is moist, dry everything carefully, only then you can use the
QIN XW PRO again.
•
If the watch accidentally comes into contact with fresh water, ensure a thorough
drying with a clean cloth. If the smartwatch QIN XW PRO is not dried as described, it
may cause damage to the device.
•
If the smartwatch falls down or is shaken by a violent blow, water and dust protection
may be lost and the watch may be damaged.
•
If the smartwatch QIN XW PRO comes into intense contact with liquids, water or the
like, the watch may no longer function properly. Even if your accessories are splash-
proof, you should not expose it unnecessarily to excessive dust, sand and mud or use
it in humid environments with extremely high or low temperatures. All supplied
accessories, such as the charging cable, are not dust- and water-proof as individual
components. Defects or damage due to improper use or misuse of the accessories
included in the scope of delivery are not covered by your warranty claim.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
To prevent malfunctions of the QIN XW PRO as well as irritation of the skin or damage caused by
a leaking battery, make sure that the QIN XW PRO is not exposed to excessively high or low
temperatures. If wearing the watch is unpleasant, immediately remove the smartwatch from your
arm and do not use it for the time being.
