Printing Special Job Types
You can select one of the following special job types from the
Paper/Output
tab:

Printing and Deleting Secure Print Jobs

Note:
When using a Macintosh, select
Xerox Features
from the drop-down menu before selecting
the
Job Type
.
Printing and Deleting Secure Print Jobs
The secure job type allows you to print a job only after you select your name and enter your 4-10 digit
passcode on the control panel.
Printing Secure Jobs
1. Select
Secure
from the
Job Type
drop-down menu.
2. Enter a 4-10 digit passcode.
3. Select
OK
and print the job.
Printing or Deleting Secure Jobs at the Printer
1. Press the
Job Status
button on the control panel.
2. Find your document in the list of jobs. Select the job, and press
Release
to print the remaining
copies, or press
Delete
to delete the job.
Printing a Sample Set
The
Sample Set
job type allows you to send a multiple-copy job, print a sample copy of the job, and
hold the remaining copies of the job at the printer. After you review the sample copy, you can release
or delete the remaining copies.
Printing a Sample Set
1. Select
Sample Set
from the
Job Type
drop-down menu.
2. Select
OK
and print the job.
