Tip:
Regardless of the sorting selection, you can move and arrange columns in any order
that you need, for example, move the
Weight
column to the right of the
Coating
column.
Stock Library List Actions
From the Stock Library list area, you can perform the following actions:

Search
: Allows the user to search for a stock
•
Reset to System Default
icon: Select this option to return the Stock Library List view to its
original layout.
•
Create New
icon: Select this option to create and save a new stock to the Stock Library list.
Select the stock, then click the
Create New
icon.
•
Edit
icon: This option allows the user to edit an existing stock from the Stock Library list, edit
the stock properties, then save the stock to the Stock Library list.
•
Copy
icon: This option allows the user to copy an existing stock from the Stock Library list, edit
the stock properties, then save it to the Stock Library list as a new stock.
•
Delete
icon: Select this option to delete a stock from the Stock Library list. Select the stock,
then click the
Delete
icon.
•
Print Barcode
icon: This option allows the user to print the barcode of any stock that has a
custom barcode, created using the Stock Wizard. Select the stock, then click the
Print Barcode
icon. Before you print a barcode, ensure that you load Letter or A4 size paper in any tray other
than the one you are programming with the stock.
Stock Attributes
For each stock, you can set the following attributes:
Name
Enter a name for the stock. Alphanumeric characters can be used, and symbols, with the exception
of a slash.
MFR
Enter the name of the Manufacturer.
Size
Select the appropriate stock size from the menu. If
Custom
is selected, enter the customer stock
size information (width, height, and inches or millimeters), then select
OK
.
Type
Select the stock type from the menu. If
Custom
is selected, enter the custom type information,
select
Add Type
, then select
Close
.
Weight (g/m

)
Select the weight of the stock by using the scroll up and down arrows or by clicking inside the field
and typing the weight.
