Network Printing
Print procedures vary depending on the application software that you are using. For more information, refer to the
documentation provided with each application.
To learn about print features, in the print driver screen, click H
Heellpp, then review the feature information.
Note: PostScript and PCL print drivers have different print features and printing options.

Load the paper in the paper tray. Refer to

From your computer, open the document that you want to print.
3.
Select FFiillee >> PPrriinntt.
4.
Select the required printer.
5.
Select PPrrooppeerrttiieess.
A new window appears with Printing Options, Image Options, Document Options, and Advanced tabs.
6.
On the Printing Options tab, select the appropriate settings for Job Type, Paper, 2–Sided or 1–Sided Printing,
Finishing, Print Quality, and Output Destination.

Oppttiioonnss tab, then select the appropriate settings for Page Layout, Special Pages,
Watermark, and Orientation.

Addvvaanncceedd tab, then select the appropriate settings for Advanced Settings.
10.
To save and close the Properties window, click O
OKK.
11.
Select the needed copies, then click PPrriinntt.
Note: For additional information, in the print driver screen, click Help (??), then review the feature information.
