• To delete the selected job, touch D

• To print the selected job, using the numeric keypad, type the number of sets to print, then touch PPrriinntt.

Sample Set

This feature allows you to print one set for review before you print the entire job set. After printing the sample set,
you can choose to print the entire job or to delete the job without printing.

Select the job to print.

• You can select up to 100 jobs. Jobs are printed in the order in which they are selected.

• To select all jobs for the selected user ID, touch SSeelleecctt A

Allll. To clear all the selected jobs, touch SSeelleecctt A

again.

• To view the first page of the selected job, touch PPrreevviieew

w. If multiple jobs are selected, the Preview feature is

not available.

Select an option:

• To delete the selected job, touch D

Deelleettee. to confirm the deletion, touch D

Deelleettee.

• To print the selected job, type the number of sets to print. Touch PPrriinntt.

The sample set prints. After the remaining sets for the job print, the job is deleted.

Delayed Print

This feature allows you to print a job at a specified time, then delete the job.
