Selecting Fax Settings

1. On the touch screen, touch FFaaxx.
2. Touch 22––SSiiddeedd SSccaannnniinngg, then touch the needed option: 2 2––SSiiddeedd or 2 2––SSiiddeedd,, RRoottaattee SSiiddee 22.

• SSuuppeerr FFiinnee 660 000 ddppii
Note: For Server Fax, touch SSttaannddaarrdd or FFiinnee.

Layout settings allow you to adjust the original size, set page scanning for book faxing, and reduce or enlarge the
fax image.
Adjusting the Original Size
1. Touch FFaaxx on the touch screen.
2. Touch the LLaayyoouutt A Addjjuussttm meenntt tab, then touch O Orriiggiinnaall SSiizzee.
3. Touch one of the following:
• A Auuttoo D Deetteecctt, to automatically identify standard size originals.
• M Maannuuaall SSiizzee IInnppuutt, for manual definition of the scan area using standard paper dimensions.
• M Miixxeedd SSiizzee O Orriiggiinnaallss, for scanning originals of different standard sizes.
4. Touch SSaavvee.
