E-mail Service Setup
Enable Email Services/E-mail Service Setup
—Enabling e-mail services is required for
all e-mail client services including printing files or sending scan files through e-mail.
Enabling e-mail services is also required for printing an E-mail log.
Enable Print via E-mail
—If selected, print jobs sent via e-mail are accepted. If this
option is cleared, print jobs sent via e-mail are ignored.
Incoming Mail Server
—Specify the IP address of the server (POP3/IMAP) that handles
incoming e-mail.
You can enter a maximum of 64 characters.
Server Type
—Specify the e-mail protocol used to communicate with the incoming
mail server.
