Error Messages and Codes
RC Data Over Range Fail
The result from adding the offset value to the correction value has exceeded the
settable range.

Initial Actions
•
Power cycle the printer.
•
If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
Note
When multiple failures with Chain No. 089 occur, take action according to the
priority order.
1. Perform
NVRAM Read/Write
test in Diagnostics.
2. Check that the value is "0". (Because this error occurs only when the NVM write
data is incorrect or the NVM is corrupted, if the setting value is not "0", reset it
to "0".)
