High Voltage Power Supply (PL 5.2.9)
Warning: Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord. To
avoid electrical shock, avoid touching the contacts of
capacitors that may have retained high voltage charges.
1.
Remove the Printer Unit Chassis (see pg. 6-156).
2.
Disconnect CN1 from the High Voltage Power Supply.
3.
Disconnect CN3 from the Low Voltage Power Supply.
4.
Remove 3 screws securing the High Voltage Power Supply to the chassis.
5.
Lift the High Voltage Power Supply and the contact assembly from the Printer
Unit Chassis to remove.
Note: When replacing this board, be sure to retain the original
contact assembly and place it on the new board prior to
reinstallation.
6.
Remove the contact assembly from the High Voltage Power Supply.
