Customer Support Testing Center
Self-Checks are provided at the end of each section of the Interactive Multimedia Training
program. Use the Self-Checks to prepare for the online test. Then, visit the Customer Support
Testing Center to complete your training.
Accessing the Customer Support Testing Center
To access the Customer Support Testing Center, launch a web browser such as
Microsoft Internet
Explorer
and enter the following URL:

When to Take the Test
The online test covers the

sections of the training module. You should
take the online test immediately after completing the

worksheet.
If you have already completed and passed the online tests for the

About the Online Test
During the test, only one question appears on the screen. You cannot jump ahead to see other
questions, or scroll back to change answers.
Manuals that are normally available
(for example,
the
Phaser 7300 Color Printer Service Manual
)
may be used as resources when taking the test
.
Test results are provided immediately. When a test failure occurs, review topics are suggested
based on the questions missed. If you fail a test three times, you should contact a Xerox Customer
Support Training representative at (503) 685-4400 (North America only).
An account name and password are required to access the Customer
Support Testing Center. These are included in your welcome letter, which
is mailed separately.
