Error Messages and Codes

Tray and Media Problems

Paper Tray Empty Indication with Paper in Tray

The Status LED indicates the Paper Tray is empty but the Paper Tray has paper 
loaded.

Applicable Error Message

The red Error LED is On.

Initial Actions

•

Check the sensor actuator for damage or obstructions.

•

Cycle printer power.

•
