8. Email
Email scanned images directly from your scanner. To do so, you must first setup the mail server.
Setting up the Mail Server
To send the scanned image to a recipient via email, you need to specify your mail server
information in the scanner settings.
1.
Go to
Settings
>
Network
>
Mail Server
.
Note:
Login to Settings with the
Login Name
: admin /
Password

In the
Mail Server
option, enter the IP address and port number of your mail server.
Enable Authentication
1.
On the
Authentication Method
option, tap
ON
.

Select an option from the
Encrypt
dropdown
.
3.
Enter information for
Login Name
and
Password
.
