DP N24, N32 and N40 System Administrator  Guide

Resetting the

Counter

After the kit is installed, you can reset the counter following this 
procedure:

•

Power OFF the printer.

•

Press down both Key 2 <Item Up> and Key 6 <Item Down> at the 
same time and Power ON the printer.

•

Keep holding down both keys until this message appears:

*IOT?*

•

Then, within five seconds after this message appears, press down 
both the #0 <On Line> and #5 <Menu Down> keys at the same time 
until this message appears:

Reset Completed -

Please Reboot

This confirms that the counter has been reset.
