Token Ring Menu

When the Token Ring card is installed and the printer is rebooted,
the Token Ring Menu appears in the Main Menu listing, replacing
the Ethernet Menu. The Token Ring Menu hierarchy is shown in
Figure 3.10 on page 3-48. Menu options are discussed in
Table 3.14 “Token Ring Menu functions” (page 3-63)
