DocuPrint N4525 Network Laser Printer - Service Guide

RRP 1-50 Toner Sensor (PL 7.2)

Removal

1.

Remove the Rear Cover (RRP 1-5).

2.

Disconnect P/J127 from the Input/Output Board.

3.

Open the Left Upper Cover.

4.

Remove the Laser Print (EP) Cartridge.

5.

Remove the Flywheel Assembly (RRP 1-65)

6.

Remove the Left Cover Interlock Switch (RRP 1-71)

7.

Remove the Main Drive Assembly (RRP 1-66)

8.

Use the flat blade of a screwdriver to pry up the front end of the Toner Sensor 
(refer to the figure).

9.

When the front end is freed, remove the Sensor along with the attached wire 
harness.
