The Save Definition window displays with the new application name in the Enter
Name field.
19. Select OK.
The new application name appears on the Application menu and the red asterisk is
removed.
Note
If you want to use this application immediately, select the Export to Run View button
to make this new application definition the current selection in Run view.
Editing an Application Definition
You must be an Advanced Operator or a Key Operator to make changes to an application
definition.
1. In the Definitions view, select the Application tab.
2. On the Application menu, select the arrow to display the list of defined applications.
3. Select the application you want to edit.
4. Make your changes on the Main, Rendering, Color Patches, and / or Tandem (ROF)
Mark sub-tabs.
Note
Notice that immediately after making your first change, a red asterisk appears on
the Application menu to indicate the application definition is being modified. This
asterisk remains in place until you save the application definition.
5. Select the Save icon.
6. Verify that the name of the application you are editing appears in the Enter Name
field and select OK.
A warning dialog box displays.
7. Select Yes to keep the same name for the edited application definition.
The Application definition edits are saved.
Deleting an Application Definition
You must be an Advanced Operator or a Key Operator to delete an application definition.
1. In the Definitions view, select the Application tab.
2. On the Application menu, select the application you want to delete.
Note
You cannot delete an application definition if it is the current application selection
in Run view. The Delete icon is not available.
