Cleaning the FreeFlow Print Server Rack and CIP Enclosure

Cleaning the FreeFlow Print Server CIP Module Filters
1. Open the FreeFlow Print Server Rack Front Door.
2. Using the vacuum cleaner and appropriate brush attachment, vacuum the front face
of the CIP Enclosure Door.
3. Open the Lower CIP Enclosure Door (lower half of the FreeFlow Print Server Rack) by
rotating the fastener knob and lowering the door.
4. Vacuum the exposed black metal face of the enclosure with the cooling fans behind
it and the black foam air filters on the inside of the CIP Enclosure Door.
5. With a dry lint-free cloth, wipe down the CIP vents.
6. Close the Lower CIP Enclosure Door and rotate the fastener knob to secure.
7. Open the Upper CIP Enclosure Door and repeat the cleaning procedures in the steps
above.
8. Close the Upper CIP Enclosure Door and rotate the fastener knob to secure.
9. Close the FreeFlow Print Server Front Door.
