A Low Supply Warning message may appear on the control panel when the fuser module is nearing
end of life.
If print output shows smears of toner, check the percentage of remaining life for the fuser module.
Replace the fuser module when the percentage of remaining life is less than 20 percent. For details,
refer to

Each fuser module includes installation instructions.
To replace the fuser:
1. Power off the printer, then disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Remove any paper from Tray 5. Open the left side door of the printer, then wait for 5 minutes.
WARNING:
The area around the fuser can be hot. Use caution to avoid injury.
3. Locate the fuser module, labeled R3, in the side of the printer.
4. To release the fuser module, rotate the orange thumbscrews counterclockwise. The thumbscrews
are at each end of the fuser module.
