Xerox Document Centre Network Installation & Troubleshooting Guide

Terminology used in this Chapter

Document Repository

is a filing directory where TIFF files

are stored. Typically, this will be located on a NetWare server
or FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server.

Scan Template

controls the features applied to the scanned

document as well as the Filing Policy and repository location.

Template Pool

The

Template Pool

is the central location on a server where

scan templates created with Xerox’s CentreWare Scanning
Services are stored.
