Service Parts Disassembly

Thermistor

PL8.0.5

Warning

Allow the Fuser to cool before performing this procedure.

1.

Remove the Fuser (page 8-13).

2.

Remove 1 screw (12 mm, silver) that secures the Thermistor.

3.

Remove 2 screws (12 mm. silver) that secure the junction block.

4.

Release the wiring harness from the retainer.

5.

Pull the junction block forward and disconnect the wiring harness 
connector CN45.

6.

Remove the Thermistor.
