button to Standby does not disconnect DC
battery power from the Freedom X 1200. You must disconnect from
all power sources before working on any circuits connected to the
unit.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious

Periodically you should:

With all sources of power off, clean the exterior of the unit
with a damp cloth to prevent the accumulation of dust and
dirt.

Ensure that the DC cables are secure and fasteners are
tight.

Make sure the ventilation openings are not clogged.
