Gracenote

Este producto contiene tecnología y datos de Gracenote de
Berkeley, California (“Gracenote”). La tecnología de Gracenote
(el “software incrustado de Gracenote”) permite a este producto
hacer identificaciones de música y obtener información
relacionada con la música, incluyendo información sobre el
nombre, el artista, la pista y el título (“datos de Gracenote”),
que se incluyen en la base de datos de Gracenote (la “base de
datos de Gracenote”).

Usted acuerda que usará los datos de Gracenote, la base de datos
de Gracenote y el software incrustado solamente para uso
personal y no con fines comerciales. Usted acuerda que solamente
accederá a los datos de Gracenote mediante las funciones y
prestaciones normales del producto para el usuario final. Usted
acuerda no asignar, copiar, transferir ni transmitir el software

SoundServers are subject to the GNU General Public License or
other so-called open source licenses (“Open-Source Software”).

Open Source Software is not subject to the restrictions in Section
6 (“Title to Software and Intellectual Property”), and is subject to
the GNU General Public License (“GPL”) or other license terms, as
applicable.

In compliance with the terms of the GPL, XiVA makes its
modifications to Open Source Software that the XiVA powered
product uses, modifies and distributes pursuant to the GPL
available to the public in source code form at www.imerge.co.uk

You are free to use, modify and distribute Open Source Software
that is subject to the GPL so long as you comply with the terms
of the GPL available in the product manual or at www.gnu.org/
