Filling the system

This routine fills the wet chemical system with chemicals. This
determines the readiness for use of the instrument.

Consumables

The following consumables are required for the operation of the
TresCon NOx-N:

z

10 l dist. H2O

Caution

Only use distilled water without any contamination (softener orsimilar)!
Dist. H2O is also used for zero point calibration. Contaminated dist.
H2O causes incorrect measurement results.

z

1.5 l cleaning solution

Cleaning solution causes severe corrosion

Do not allow this substance to get into the hands of children. Wear
suitable protective gloves and goggles/face mask when working with
this substance.
If this substance gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and
consult a doctor.

Warning

Only trained personnel is allowed to work on the analyzing section.
Always follow the warning instructions on the chemical containers and
the safety datasheets!
Always use protective equipment!

Duration

Approx. 1 minute

Note

You cannot quit the procedure. When the next measurement is started,
an AutoClean cleaning procedure and a calibration are triggered
automatically.
