6.13 Extension single key dialing function / group agent answer   

This function can be used when several extensions in a department need to call 

each other with one key.   

If the operator only need to agent answer the incoming call through "#81", there 

is no need to set the extension of single key group. 

The system provides 8 groups of single key group, each group contains 0-9 ten 

single keys, which can be specified to modify or clear the extension that a single key 

points to. The single key group of these extensions can be set to an idle group, and 

then these extensions can be stored in the single key group. 

Notice: 

 

The single key code of the single key group cannot be the same as the outgoing 

office number, and the internal host extension code, and the prefix of any extension 

number. Otherwise, some functions will not work properly. 

The order of priority from high to low is: 

Outgoing office number > internal host extension code > extension single key 

code > extension number prefix

Clear the lock password of this extension. 

Description: 

Q is the extension number with 1-5 digits.

Lock on the first input and unlock on the second input.
