All guest room extensions can only call 8000 and 8001. 

Operation: 

Step 1: First set the internal level of all extensions to 6. 

 

The programming host extension off-hook, then dial *#99 6666# into 

programming mode, continue to dial 324 6#, and proceed to the next step after hearing 

the prompt tone. 

Step 2: Change the internal call level of 8000 and 8001 to 0. 

 

Continue to dial 324 8000 0#, continue to dial 324 8001 0#, and proceed to the 

next step after hearing the prompt tone. 

Step 3: store 8000 and 8001 in the special extension group. 

 

Continue to dial 165 *# (clear first), continue to dial 165 8000#, continue to dial 

165 8001#, on-hook after hearing the prompt tone. 

6.10 Insert by force (Monitoring)   

 

When the other caller is talking, if there have a emergency notice, the operator 

can insert the call by force, then tell the caller what happened. However, the operator 

must have a higher monitoring level. 

The monitoring level is 0-7, with the highest level at 0 and the lowest level at 7. 

The seniors can monitoring the junior, cannot monitor the same level or high 

level extension. Only level 0 can monitor exterior line, all monitoring levels are 

default 1.

Change the monitoring level of extension number.
