Notice:
Host extension can only be used as the conference host extension for
conference-related operations. It cannot be used as the callee and cannot use
functional instructions other than the above instructions. It can be used as the
conference host special extension.
For example, a busy tone suddenly appears in the public channel of the meeting,
and a exterior line may be disconnected. At this time, the test instruction is used to
find out the exterior line of the busy tone and remove the exterior line of the busy
tone.
If the meeting is in progress and an outside caller needs to be added, the operator
can dial the outside caller through the non-host extension, and add it to the reserved
channel. The host extension then moves the outside caller to the public channel.
If the meeting is in progress, the host extension shall dial the target extension and
hang up first to add it to the public channel. During the meeting, the extension caller
will leave the meeting if he/she on-hook.
If there is no outside caller in the meeting, skip steps 2 and 4 are not necessary,
and go directly to the internal teleconference
5. Transfer instructions
Example: Exterior/extension A and extension B are talking.
Operation instructions:
If the call is successful, B will hear ring back tone and C will start ringing.
If the call fails, B will hear busy tone. Then he/she can tap the hook switch or
press the flash key or wait a few seconds to resume communication with A.
B can tap the hook switch or press the flash key on the phone.
At this time, A will hear the transfer prompt voice, B will hear the
internal dialing tone .
When B hears dialing tone, he/she can dial the number of extension C.
