Function: Assigns a function to the [PF2] side key.
Options: OFF/SCAN/LAMP/CALL/ALARM/SOS/TALK-A/GRP-UP/GRP-DO
Default: SCAN
[30: RPT-RCT] Repeater Reception Confirmation
Function: Provide a reception confirmation when the receiving repeater is offline.
