Before checking or refilling oil, be sure generator
is located on stable and level surface with engine
stopped.
•
Check the oil level thanks to the gage (1)
•
If the oil level is lower than the lower level (3),
the engine must be filled with recommended oil
(see sheet below) until the mark on the gage
showing the maximum level (2).
•
Unscrew the oil filler cap (4), refill with suitable
oil (5)
•
Screw again the cap by hand
•
Replace the oil when this one is dirty.

Use class Se (API classification) oil or a higher
grade oil according to the table below. SAe 10W-30
is recommended for general, all temperature use. If
single viscosity oil is used, select the appropriate
viscosity for the average temperature in your area.
