8. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
8.1. CHANGING ENGINE OIL
JARD 7 H OHV : The engine oil must be changed for the first time following the first twenty (10)
operating hours. Then change engine oil every 50 hours.
TP 36 H / TP 65 H / TP 110 H : The engine oil must be changed for the first time following the first twenty
(20) operating hours. Then change engine oil every 100 hours..
Before replacing the oil, find out the best way to discard used oil. Never discard this oil in sewers, in
a garden or in waterways. Please refer to local discard and environment regulations as they provide
detailed instructions.
1. Unscrew the filling plug dipstick; [(b) Fig. 40 or 41]
2. Fit a container under the drain hole; [Fig. 42 or 43]
3. TP 36 H / TP 65 H / TP 110 H : Unscrew the drain plug; [(e) Fig. 05]
4. Let the oil flow when the engine is hot; [Fig. 42 or 43]
5. TP 36 H / TP 65 H / TP 110 H : Fit the drain plug and tighten it; [(e) Fig. 05]
6. Fill the engine in with oil [Fig. 07] so that the top level, on the filling plug, is reached; [Fig. 04 or
(c) Fig. 05]
7. Fit the oil dipstick and tighten it. [(b) Fig. 41]
