TIME OF DAY CLOCK
– SETTING
1. Engine must be stopped & console
unlocked (correct key code entered) to set
clock time.
2. Depress and release the hourglass button
until the time of day clock is displayed.
3. Begin setting the time by depressing and
holding down the hourglass button, after 3
seconds, the LCD
displays: “SET”.
4. Release the hourglass button (the time will
be flashing).
5. Use the number 1 & 4 buttons to change the
new time down and up respectively. Single
clicks change by 1 minute, hold down to
change longer intervals.
NOTE: The time
change rate accelerated the longer the
button is held.
6. Once the new time has been changed to the
desired time, click the hourglass button
once to save it.
SERVICE ALERTS
Your console is programmed to alert operator of
upcoming service as follows:
Service Alert #1
CHG OIL
– First time, break in
oil changed at 20 hrs followed by normal
reoccurring intervals of 100 hrs.
Service Alert #2
CHG HYD OIL
– normal
reoccurring intervals of 500 hrs.
Service Alert #3
SVC AIR FILTER
– normal
reoccurring intervals of 250 hrs.
A reminder will start flashing the alerts when
they reach 5 hrs before service is required
followed by the alert with the word “NOW”
indicating service is due.
Resetting Alert: Enter operator code to power
up console, depress and release the alert
button (indicated with wrench) to toggle through
the three alerts stopping at the specific alert to
be reset. While in that alert depress and hold
down the button for 6-9 seconds, display shows
“00000” when reset occurs. Reset can occur at
any time within the service interval.
DRIVE WHEEL RELEASE VALVES
Drive wheel release valves are used to release
the hydrostatic drive system to allow the
machine to be moved by hand without the
engine running.
Do Not tow machine
WARNING
Hands may become entangled in the rotating
drive components below the engine deck, which
could result in serious injury or death.
Stop engine, remove key, allow all the moving
parts to stop before accessing the drive wheel
release valves.
WARNING
The engine and hydraulic drive units can
become very hot. Touching a hot engine or
hydraulic drive units can cause severe burns.
Allow the engine and hydraulic drive units to
cool completely before accessing the drive
wheel release valves.
