Set the parameters for the network interface.
Set also the speed and duplex mode of the network interface: 10Mbps/Full, 10Mbps/Half, 100Mbps/Full,
100Mbps/Half, 1Gbps/Full. To let the module select the speed and mode according to the environment,
choose ‘auto-negociation.
