iMPoRtant:
This Styling Iron is designed for optimum styling
results on all hair types; the plates will get extremely
hot especially at the “higher heat settings” (400°F - 450°F)
Use extra caution and always move the styling tool
with a “continuous” motion through the hair to avoid hair
damage. (Do not leave the tool in one place while
in contact with the hair).
NOTE: It is normal for this appliance to emit a slight odor
and or smoke during its initial use.
basic stYling
Place the iron on a, flat surface that is resistant to heat, plug
into an electrical outlet and slide the power switch “either” up
or down to the ON positions. Red power indicator light
illuminates. This appliance will heat up quickly so be careful
when handling it. Allow iron to heat for 2-3 minutes to reach
ideal styling temperature.
For best results start with clean dry hair.
1.
Use the lower settings for delicate or easy-to-style hair
and the higher settings for thick and coarse hair.
Test a small section of your hair to determine your particular
temperature needs before styling.
2.
Use a comb to untangle and separate hair into 2" wide
by 1/2" thick sections.
3.
Beginning at the top of each section place hair between
the hot plates and press firmly and immediately begin
sliding downward.
4.
Maintain pressure on the handle and slowly slide the
appliance down the hair section.
5.
Continue to repeat this process on each section to achieve
your desired look.
