SECTION 5 MAINTENANCE
This section lists the maintenance procedures that need to be performed.
WARNING! Disconnect and lock out power supply before servicing
the saw! Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
WARNING! Disconnect air supply and release compressed air from
the air system before servicing the saw! Failure to do so may result in
serious injury. See page 2-6
This symbol identifies the interval (hours of operation) at which each maintenance procedure
should be performed.
Be sure to refer to the motor manual for maintenance procedures concerning the blade motor.
5.1 Wear Life
See Table 5-1. This chart lists estimated life expectancy of common replacement parts if proper
maintenance and operation procedures are followed. Due to the many variables which exist during
resaw operation, actual part life may vary significantly. This information is provided so that you may
plan ahead in ordering replacement parts.
